Dennis Sanchez Guevara Obituary

Dennis “nene” Francisco Sanchez Guevara was born in Ascension, Chihuahua, Mexico to Fatima Viridiana Guevara Aragon and Austreberto Sanchez on December 23rd 1995. Dennis was the eldest of three siblings. He had a sister named Emily and a brother named David. At a young age Dennis moved to Colorado with his parents. He was raised most of his life by his grandmother Elma Payan. She was the most important person in his life.

Dennis was a hardworking young man. He worked at Santiago’s where he learned the front end of the business and also the back end of the restaurant. Dennis was always willing to help his boss and coworkers whenever they needed him. Dennis took pride in the fact that he was living by himself and had his own place. Dennis enjoyed going on hikes with his aunt Grecia although he would complain along the way he knew the views would be worth it and as long as she bought him his snacks, he was okay with going on new adventures.

Dennis was the best older brother you could imagine! Always protecting and caring for David and Emily. At a very young age Dennis instinct to survive and protect his siblings kicked in making sure that David and Emily had food to eat and were always protected.

Dennis had the biggest heart. He would always go out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of first. Family always came first for him.

One of the biggest lessons he taught us all is that no matter what someone does to you, do not judge them and forgive them because no one is perfect. He left this earth on good terms with everyone. Because he always believed in forgiveness even when he knew someone would take advantage of him and his kindness. It didn’t matter what anyone did to him he was always willing to help them.

Dennis never backed down from a challenge, no matter how hard a challenge or an obstacle was he was always brave and strong enough to take it on.

Dennis was the life of the party! He loved doing his silly dances to make everyone smile.

Dennis made sure to treat and make everyone feel like they were family.

Dennis is survived by his grandmother Elma, step-grandfather Alfredo,   mother Fatima, father Austreberto, Stepmother Julia, uncles; Dennis, Eric and Dimas, aunts; Vanessa, Yissel, Mayra and Karen, his brother David and sister Emily, half-brother Elijah, half-sisters Alondra and Alondra, Stepbrother Edwin and Stepsister Evelin.

Dennis will be deeply missed by his family, friends and by all of those whom knew him.
