Chantelle Marie Espinoza

Chantelle Marie Espinoza was born on March 6, 1984 in Denver, Colorado to Cesar and Rose Espinoza, where they resided in Brighton, Colorado and was the eldest sibling.

She graduated from Fort Lupton High School in 2002 and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder graduating in 2006.

Chantelle married Ruben Chavez in 2011 where they resided in Fort Lupton, Colorado, and in 2016 she gave birth to a son, Emmett Chavez.

She was employed at CenturyLink for 17 years as a Human Resources Professional specializing in Labor Relations, Leave Administration and Employee Benefits. She was also employed at the City of Fort Lupton as a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at the Fort Lupton Rec Center.

Chantelle enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and being in the mountains. She found joy in cooking, baking, gardening, and reading. She had a love for fashion and she was a naturally talented artist. A big sister at heart, her caregiver tendencies ran deep in her relationships with all friends and family. However, above all else, her proudest accomplishment and love of her life is her six-year-old son, Emmett.

Chantelle is survived by her son Emmett Chavez, parents Cesar and Rose Espinoza, sister Casandra Richards (Blake), former spouse Ruben Chavez, and countless uncles, aunts, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Santos and Trinidad Espinoza, maternal grandparents Robert and Bertha Thompson, and her aunt Margarita Bueno.
