Rebecca G Fenner

Rebecca G. Fenner, age 70, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at her home in Brighton. Rebecca was born July 4, 1949 in Trinidad, CO to Raymond and Phyllis (Cross) Cahill, and was a 1967 graduate of Denver North High School. After high school Rebecca attended Metro State College for two years. Rebecca was a Vietnam War bride to Bob Fenner on December 21, 1968 in Denver. Rebecca met Bob through a Marine Friend of Bob’s while in Vietnam. Rebecca has lived in the Brighton area since 1979. She had love of the piano and taught for many years here in the Brighton area she was also an avid artist.

Rebecca is survived by her husband Bob; Daughters Serena (Chuck) Newbold of Westminster, CO; Amy (Jeff) Fenner of Keenesburg, CO; Amanda (Steve) Gregory of San Antonio TX. She is survived by one sister Tama (Steve) Meyer of Idaho; Survivors also include 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Family and friends and others whose lives Rebecca touched are invited to a Tabor-Rice Funeral Home for a Funeral Service to celebrate her life on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 2:00pm. Rebecca was a loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother who always put her family first.
