Gavin Scott Johann

Gavin Scott Johann, 16 of Keenesburg Colorado passed away on August 5, 2019. Gavin was born in Mitchell, South Dakota on January 13, 2003 to Derek & Suzanne (Sully) Johann.

Gavin was a loving, compassionate son, grandson, and brother. He was a big role model to his younger brother Lucas and many other young ball players. He always made time to teach, encourage and lend a helping hand when needed.

Gavin was a dedicated athlete and teammate. He never shyed away from hard work and a new role on a team. He did what was asked with full effort at all times.

Gavin earned the nickname (Smiley) at an early age because of his infectious smile would brighten any situation. He was never afraid to use his smile to change the mood of a family member, friend or teammate.

Gavin is survived by his grandparents Elmer & Vicki Johann, grandmother Donna Milk, grandfather Glenford Sully and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
